League Aura privacy notice

What we store

League Aura stores commissioner account details, connected league identifiers, imported gameweek snapshots, manager profile customisations, recipient email addresses, published issues and limited product-usage events.

Why we use it

The information is used to create weekly issues, protect commissioner access, deliver requested emails, improve reliability and understand whether leagues continue using the product.

Public issue links

Published issue links are private, unguessable links but can be opened by anyone who receives them. Commissioners should avoid adding sensitive personal information to issue copy or manager profiles.

Email recipients

Recipients can unsubscribe using the link in every League Aura email. Commissioner recipient lists are not sold or shared for advertising.

Analytics

Early Access analytics record actions such as league connection, issue publication, public views, sharing and downloads. They are used to measure activation and retention rather than behavioural advertising.

Deletion and support

Commissioners can permanently delete a connected league and its League Aura data from the dashboard. Account-level deletion requests can be made through the support page.
